The Odysseus North Texas Chamber Orchestra is a fast growing professional orchestra in the Dallas Fort Worth Area with its home base in McKinney. The orchestra is becoming a artistic gem and has built a reputation as one of North Texas' most exciting young professional orchestras.
We are looking forward to our 2019-2020 season with 5 orchestral concerts and up to 3 Youth Orchestra Concerts.
We have a number of vacant positions open and are looking for committed musicians to join our Odysseus Family. We value the community impact we are making strides in and we welcome accomplished musicians from all over DFW, who share our vision and want to help us fulfill our mission. We are all professional teachers and educators and hold a high value in our youth orchestra. With it approaching it's third season, we wish to see teachers and student alike who together are members of this wonderful organization.
We are looking for musicians with an entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong sense of building an arts community and are strong advocates for classical music and act as our ambassadors.
